Madison Softball for players in grades K-8
Madison Softball welcomes players currently attending Kindergarten through 8th grade, living in the Madison or Harding School District or enrolled at St. Vincent’s. All skill levels are welcome!
If the cost of our program presents a challenge to your family’s budget, please send a note to our president Rob Welter, email@example.com, to discuss our scholarship program.
Registration for our Winter Clinics @MHS is open for interested players in grades 5-8. The clinics will take place in the MHS GYM.
These sessions will occur every Sunday, 8-9:15AM, from January 7 through February 25; a total of 8 sessions. Registration is limited and will be processed on a first come, first served basis. The cost is $80.
The sessions will be coached by Nicole Iannarone and Amie Defeo, both successful high school and college players. They will be assisted by Madison SB Coaches Frank Iannarone, Dawn Neville, Rob Welter, and the MHS Head SB Coach Jessica Rosella.
Madison Softball is a successful program because so many parents donate their time and talent to teach our young ladies the skills of softball.
We are ALWAYS looking for coaches both Head and Assistant, for all of our softball divisions. There is no better way to spend a spring day than on a softball field with your daughter and her friends. If you can help, please let us know when completing your daughter's registration by marking the COACHING INTEREST BOX.
Madison Softball travel teams aim to foster girl’s development by building on the basics learned at the Rec level and introducing higher level skills and competition in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Travel ball offers the opportunity for girls to enhance their softball experience by proudly representing Madison in other towns and tournaments. Information about the travel program is listed below. We hope to have at least 3 travel softball teams. Although Player Placement is typically based on her age as of 12/31/17,
10U Team: 9 or 10 years old.
12U Team: 11 or 12 years old.
14U Team: 13 or 14 years old.
Actual team placement can change [younger players can play up if their skills permit] based on the actual numbers of players who tryout. Tryout info will be available later in the spring.
