Madison Softball, a 501c3 organization, is managed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. Members of the Board of Trustees volunteer their time to work year round on overseeing operations, coaching, finances and planning for the softball program.

Madison Softball supports the Borough of Madison's Youth Sports Code of Conduct. They are a part of the registration process for all softball families.
